Recent updates
Dated changes to Blackfire's published property data, society status records, tools and articles. Every entry shows the day it was published, the date the information refers to, and where it came from. Naye updates — tareekh aur source ke sath.
These dates come from the sources and from our publication log. Opening this page does not mean anything was re-checked today, and an expired price reference stays listed as history, not as a current price.

Market trends page
Dated plot price observations, construction cost and material price records in one place. A change is shown only between comparable records, and the page says plainly where history is missing.
Plot price check: choose society, phase, use, block and size
The plot price check now asks for the society, then the phase where a society has phases, residential or commercial, the block and the plot size. Changing an earlier choice clears later ones that no longer fit. Expired prices are shown with their dates, never as today's price.
Society maps inside Blackfire
A new map page shows the phases and blocks Blackfire has on record for Park View City, DHA, Faisal Town, Faisal Hills, MPCHS B-17 and the CDA sectors. Pins are approximate; third-party maps open on their own sites.
Block and sector lists and a block comparison added to the property tools
The plot price tool and the six society pages now list 128 published blocks and sectors across seven society entries, with six external map references and a side-by-side comparison of up to three blocks. The map links point to third-party sites; no block boundaries are drawn from them.

LDA approved and illegal scheme lists added to the society status checker
A supplied snapshot of the Lahore Development Authority lists: 782 records (399 on the approved list, 383 on the illegal list), last checked on 11 Sep 2026. It is a dated copy, not a new check of each scheme by Blackfire. Blackfire's focus remains Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Faisal Hills developer payment-plan references (expired 18 Sep 2026)
Developer asking references for Faisal Hills Prime and Executive plots (5, 8, 10 and 14 marla and 1 kanal), taken from the developer's payment-plan page on 11 Sep 2026. They expired on 18 Sep 2026 and are kept as history only: they are not a current price and not a Blackfire market estimate.
Society status checker rebuilt around dated authority records
Each record now shows the authority's own wording, the source link, the date it was last checked and whether a human verification is recorded. The 217 CDA, RDA and DHA records are a snapshot checked on 5 Sep 2026; earlier records were kept, not replaced.

How this list is kept
- Only changes that were actually published are listed: approved data releases, reviewed society status records, new or rebuilt tools and published articles.
- Each entry keeps its own dates. A weekly data check that finds nothing new adds nothing here, and it never moves an older date forward.
- Price references keep their observation date and their expiry. After expiry they are history, not a price.
- Society status entries describe a dated copy of an authority's list. Blackfire does not certify approval, title or investment safety; check the official source before any payment.
- No forecasts, rankings or promises of returns are published here.
