Privacy

The short version

• We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.
• When you fill in the enquiry form, your answers go to Blackfire through Typeform.
• WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
• Your house plan, checklist ticks and block comparisons are saved only in your own browser.

Enquiry form

The enquiry form on the home page is provided by Typeform. What you type there (for example your name, phone number and the details of your event, plot or project) is sent to Typeform and passed to the Blackfire team so we can reply and prepare a quotation. Typeform may set its own cookies inside the form. We use the details only to answer your enquiry.

WhatsApp, phone and email

Call, WhatsApp and email links open your own phone, WhatsApp or email app. A WhatsApp button fills in a message — for example the calculator results you were looking at — but you see it first and decide whether to send it. Once you send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp's own terms apply to it.

Ask Blackfire (chat helper)

The Ask Blackfire helper keeps the conversation only in the current browser tab; it is cleared when you close the tab or press “Clear chat”. Today your messages are not sent to Blackfire or to anyone else: answers come from the information published on this website.

Blackfire may later switch on an optional online assistant. If it does, questions about events or marketing, together with the recent messages in that chat, would be sent to that service, which uses an AI model provider to write the reply. The chat's own Privacy panel says so whenever it is on, and this page will be updated before it is switched on. Please do not type CNIC, bank or card details into the chat.

Saved on your device

Some tools remember your work in your browser's local storage so it is still there next time:

• House Builder — your plan.
• Construction checklist — the steps you ticked.
• Block comparison — the blocks you chose to compare.

This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it with each tool's reset button or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The site also keeps saved copies of pages so tools can open when you are offline; these are labelled when shown.

Other services the pages load

• The Barlow font is served from this website itself; no font is loaded from Google or any other service.
• OpenFreeMap — map tiles are loaded only when you open the society map.
• Typeform — the enquiry form, as described above.
• Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and official authority websites only contact those sites if you click them.

Sharing a price or cost you paid

On the market trends page you can send us a price observation through WhatsApp. We review every observation before anything is published, and we never publish your name, phone number or private documents.
